PSM3 are going out with a bang by listing every rumor or leak about Son’s next-generation console in their last issue.
According to the magazine’s feature, the console will not be called PlayStation 4 and will work with Blu-ray. However, there will be no backwards support for the PS3 library or used games. Other potential features has the console boasting 16GB of internal flash memory and is “unlikely to run in 4k”.
PSM3 suggests a retail price of £400-£500 when the console goes up for sale in 2014, most likely. Recent rumors have also put the new codename of the console as Thebes.
Off course, these are all just speculations and statements from unnamed sources. Alongside PSM3, the Xbox World Magazine has also released its last issue, with a similar feature listing of every rumor about the next Xbox console.
The magazine agrees with the masses that Microsoft will indeed unveil their new console at E3, 2013 in June.
