Microsoft Office 2013 (also called Office 2013 and Office 15) is the upcoming version of the Microsoft Office productivity suite for Microsoft Windows, and the successor to Microsoft Office 2010. Office 2013 includes extended file format support, user interface updates, and support for touch. Office 2013 is more "cloud-based" than previous versions. This is notable as the default save location is the user's SkyDrive. Also, Microsoft is hoping that users will get Office 2013 through Office 365.

Microsoft Office 2013 includes updated support for ISO/IEC 29500, the International Standard version of Office Open XML (OOXML) file format as well as OASIS ODF 1.2 which Office 2013 can read and write. Additionally, Office 2013 provides full read, write, and edit support for ISO32000 (PDF).

Microsoft also supports Office Open XML Strict starting, a format which Microsoft has submitted to the ISO for interoperability with other office suites, and to aid adoption in the public sector.

In Office 2013, you can store office documents in the "cloud": software package supports the well-known cloud storage SkyDrive and SharePoint. So, wherever you are, having access to the Internet, with Office 2013, you can work with your documents online.
Design Microsoft Office 2013 has changed significantly, approaching to the maximum to the style of Metro Windows 8. The changes are mostly external, location of many elements remained the same. Here, the developers did not take the risk with an intuitive and user research is the location of functions, so that you will find good old Ribbon-panel menu and Microsoft Office 2007/2010.

Microsoft Toolkit - a set of tools to manage the licensing and activation of Microsoft Office and Windows.All output from these functions is displayed in the Information Console. All functions are run in the background and the GUI is disabled to prevent running multiple functions, as they could conflict or cause damage if run concurrently. The Microsoft Office Setup Customization Functions (Customize Setup Tab), AutoKMS Uninstaller (if AutoKMS is installed),AutoRearm Uninstaller (if AutoRearm is installed), Office Uninstaller and Product Key Checker work even if Microsoft Office or Windows is not installed/supported.
