How To Root Kobo Vox

For Rooting your Kobo Vox first You have to Enable USB debugging by Simply Go to Settings >- Applications >- Development and tick on the USB Debugging Box.
Now Just Follow Below Given Simple Steps For Rooting Kobo Vox :
Step 1 – First in Kobo Vox Open your Browser and Download the GingerBreak program.

Step 2 – Now Go to the Downloads Directory and Click on gingerbreak-1.apk to Install It.

Step 3 – After Completing Installation Process Click on Open.

Step 4 – Now You will see a message in screen like in below image but actually you don’t need to have any SD Card , this message reference the Internal Memory only and if you are Plugeed into a computer and you have mounted the internal memory to the computer then now you must unmount it from the computer.
If you are unsure of all these things, just make sure that you are unplugged from computer and that your device has not just turned on.
You will see a “Preparing Sd Card” Message on your Notification bar for a few seconds after booting your device, make sure that is not there.
If you have got nothing along your Notification bar other than the download symbol you will see in the screenshot below, you are safe.

Step 5 – Close the Warning and Just Click on Root Device.

Step 6 – Now Within Couples of mins your Kobo Vox will  Reboot.

Step 7 – Once Your Kobo Vox is rebooted you will see a new App Superuser Apps in your app Drawer.

Step 8 – Done ! You have successfully rooted your Kobo Vox .
Note – Don’t Forgot to turn off USB debugging in your settings !
